Presided over by His Holiness Phra Phromvajrathiracharn, Ph.D., the Rector of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalai University, along with the university's administrators. Associate Professor Dr. Phra Maha Surasak Pacchantaseno, Vice Rector for Foreign Affairs, serves as the project chairman.
